Holding both non profit H1 and profit H1

Is it possible to have two H1b's? Here is the situation. If you are working for non profit organization(ready to file non profit H1) and other consulting firm is willing to file a profit H1. So is it possible to have both non profit and profit H1 and work for both the employers simultaneously?

Not unless one of the companies files a “concurrent” H-1B. If the Concurrent H-1B is not filed, USCIS will not know which employer is your employer. If you want to work for both, USCIS needs to know you are working for both employers. As such, one of the petitions must be filed as a concurrent petition.

Yes you can... You can hold 2 h1with different employers... Make sure you have proper documentation... Good Luck...

Yes it's possible but both can't be full time!
