I am an F1 student, i applied for H1B this year and i got an RFE. While i applied for H1B i was at Client A and got layed off on first week of April. again i got another project from mid of may with client B. i got a RFE for the client letter from client A. My employer is asking me to revoke my application as i am no more with client A. please suggest me what possibilities i have.

hello friends i have an issue here ( I have submitted my OPT application on 05/27/2016. i did not receive any I-797 form .(i.e notice of action form). this is my ups tracking details. i am posting here. you have received my application on 05/31/2016. but i didn't receive any updates from the USCIS its already been 1 month i didn't receive any mail also. i made a call to the USCIS but they are saying that they are unable to find any updates about my application. i got the information from the money gram that my money order was cashed on june 3rd 2016. i am badly tensed about this .i am weiting for your quick reply .Comment
