Need Help with H1B RFE

Hello,

For fiscal year of 2017, my H1b has been picked and I am currently In U.S.A on OPT - EAD Stem Extension. However, I currently do not have any project that I am currently working on. The USCIS has sent an RFE for my H1-B petition asking for evidence of work. I am wondering if there's any way to establish work even not having a project currently. Can any consulting/vendor company help me out? Or if any individual who has gone through this in previous years, please post with more information

And this is when i get really irritated- there are thousand of us who didn't get picked but actually work full-time plus more and have to leave the country due to a stupid lottery system!!!!!

Yeah, Just reply RFE with you dont have a job as of now. See what they tell.
