H1B Transfer to End Client

Hi All,

I'm on my STEM OPT Extension right now, which expires Feb 2017. My H1-B was picked in the lottery and am currently waiting for a decision on it.

However, the issue is.

I work for an Employer A, to a End Client C which is one of the top 5 software companies in the world. My H1-B is picked with an Employer C who filed a petition for me since Employer A was not ready to sponsor my petition. I'm still waiting for my H1-B decision status. However my End Client C offered me a full-time position and i'm wondering how would i transfer my H1-b to End Client C as early as possible without any possible issues affecting my H1-B.

you can transfer u r h1 after oct 1 since that the start date of u r h1

Your employer A and C should not have any problem if you want to work for end client. Check non compete clause in your agreement to employer..

The transfer can only be done after your H-1B with Employer C is approved.
