  • Would it be a problem to have two companies file LCA for two different locations at the same time.

    Hello Everyone,
First of all I want to thank everybody for your great suggestions for all the posts and I hope you will do the same for me.
I have a H1B visa and I am working as a consultant for company A which is filing my LCA for the new client location and will also do the H1B Amendment. I got a full time offer from company B which wants to transfer my H1B. And Company B is also applying for the LCA.So, Will it create any problem for me in this situation. I want both processes to run because company B is a startup company which has never done H1B transfer and I am scared that it might get me in to trouble when they file LCA or H1B Transfer.

It should not be a problem.. Anytime if you have transfer or apply for an extension employer has to file lca... It just has to do with the prevailing wages in that state and city... No issues... Good luck
