H1b pending, promotion expected

Hello there!

My h1b is pending processing and I am in process of promotion to a senior role in the same company and the same department with only few addition to my existing responsibilities on my current LCA. I am currently on OPT. How is this promotion going to effect my pending H1B?
1. Would I need to any amendments?
2. Would I face any issues when I go for stamping? As my LCA would have associate position whereas my new role would be senior. My new payroll will reflect senior position. I believe I have to take these when I would go for stamping?

Whether or not amendment is needed is a legal question that can only be answered by an attorney.
