H1 amendment In RFE meanwhile applied H 1 transfer denied

I really need some quick help.
Entered US with employer A h1 approved petition: 12 apr 2014
Got project and moved to client location : September 2014
Got good offer from employer B and tried H1 Transfer : December 2015
H1 transfer denied after responding two RFEs : March 6 2016
Meanwhile my Employer filed h1 amendment after one year I moved to client location (I was not aware about the amendment) : September 2015
Received RFE on amendment: April 20, 2016
I have completed my project : March 18, 2016
Now I am in search of a new project and haven't find anything yet.
Can anyone tell me my what I need to do now. My extension is in September 2016. And I have RFE on amendment and already h1 transfer got denied. My visa and I-94 valid till September 2016 but pleas tell me if my employer A can respond to RFE now as I m not on any project and cannot provided the evidence they requested for like client letter etc. please reply ASAP

Hi ther , amendment has been made compulsory from August 2015 by USCIS , in your case your employer A should be able to answer the query on amendment(once again it depends upon the questions asked by USCIS) , once if this is cleared you should be good with employer A and regarding the H1b transfer denial it might be due to process of amendment once this amendment is cleared I should be all set to transfer all the best smile emoticon

Is your employer paying you? What are you doing now? You are not supposed to be “benched” while in H-1B status. If your employer is not paying you, you are out of status. You should speak with an attorney immediately.

Hi I have found a project recently in Texas and currently moved in. I am not on bench anymore. However my employer did not sign my contract with new client and asked me to leave India. Meanwhile I got a good offer employer C who after knowing about all my issues agreed to transfer my H1. I have notified my employer A about this and he will withdraw my amendment. But am little worried because I know this is too risky but I did not have any other option left as my employer A was not at all concerned about my career.
