An offtopic question - Any opportunities for parents to work(at a good position) in US?

I know this is a very generic question and I am just throwing the question out there hoping to get some suggestions. Maybe someone has a friend who's father works here and can give me suggestions? No harm asking

My father has worked at a very high post(he was into taxes and IRS dept) in India. He just retired sometime back. Do you guys have suggestions on if there is a way I can have him apply to any jobs here in the US so he can work here? Like FICCI or IRS dept of US? Or maybe some high post at Accounting firms?

What is your father visa status ?
