Hi,,I am currently on my OPT-STEM and my employer has filed for my H1B..My younger brother wants to visit me along with my mother in the Summer...My Mother already has a tourist Visa..is it advisable for my brother to get a tourist visa..Will it affect my H1B Application if picked and will my H1B application affect his Visa Chances?

you can give a try but the chances of approval of visiting visa is too low for that age group .you can apply any time for visiting visa it will not be a problemComment
