Premium Processing Results

My employer has filed for my H1-B visa premium processing. The USCIS website says that it will begin premium processing no later than May 16. Does that date reflect the actual processing of the visa or the lottery result? I am just trying to get a timeline on when will I know if i have been selected or picked in the lottery. I was hoping it would not be as late as May 16. Any thoughts on when could i possibly know?

USCIS will email you once they decide on the lottery date. If Premium, You will get to know whether the package is picked or not in max 5 business days. Contact your Attorney after 5 business days of the lottery date
