I'm an undergraduate in STEM major. My company is on the verge of filing my H1B . My GPA is quite poor. Below 3 that is ( barely ) . Does it matter while filing H1B ? Do my chances suffer ?

Your GPA is of no concern to USCIS unless the low GPA would have resulted in a problem with your F-1 status. All USCIS is looking at is whether or not you have the required degree.Originally posted by aryan View PostComment
