H1B Immigration questions.

Am on OPT now, will be applying for H1 in march via premium process. I will also be applying OPT extension in April.
I have to travel in July and would be returning in August.
Would there be any immigration problem if my H1 is approved while i return in August?
As my Visa status will be H1 and its start date will be oct 1st, but my passport will be having F1 stamp on it.
