Travel outside US with old employer when H1 Transfer with new employer is in process.

Hi,

I am working for company 'A' and planning to move to company 'B'. I have applied for H1 transfer(regular processing) with company 'B' just today. I would like to India and come back before I resign from company 'A'.
1. Can I travel to India when my H1 transfer has been started with other company?
2. I need to get my stamping done with company 'A' as it is my first time travel after H1B approval. Will that be fine?
3. Will my transfer be terminated as I am outside the country?
4. Is this a risk ?

Travel while a transfer is pending could complicate the process, and you should discuss this with the attorney processing the transfer before you finalize or make any plans.
