I suppose he never answered since his last activity was in May. If you are looking for a salary list, I would recommend you recreate the topic with the same question. I'm sure people will share their opinions and knowledge with you here. I'm not familiar with salaries for Hospitals. Still, when I had just finished my studies at my college on asa Miami campus, I searched for a job to have experience in my profession and didn't pay much attention to the salary amount. I strictly recommend you choose a job in the future, especially if you have just finished your college studies. Have good luck!

Can you please share what salary you received from them at the end of the negotiations? I have the same situation right now.

I think the best thing would be for you to ask at your place of work. If you don't want to talk about it with your boss, you can ask future colleagues. I once also thought of working in medicine because I was told: In Arizona and California, you can earn $120,000 a year. But I was afraid of responsibility. I decided that I couldn't live if someone died because of me and left. Now I work in the IT industry. And if you are trying to find out what salary to ask for, follow my advice, but also depending on the state, the payment for medical services is different. If in Arizona they can pay 120 thousand, then in Utah, in theory, 100 thousand. I wish you success!

It's all if and but scenario... For salary there will be a lca and they have pay u according to that... If you have already told them that you will need h1 then talk to them once you are in... Make sure you have atleast 3 to 4 months of opt left... Not sure you might get an rfe as it is common these days..

It is up to the Petitioner and their attorney to decide how they will file the application: cap exempt or cap subject. Most likely, they will file via cap-exempt so that they are not bound by the October 1 start date and don’t have to worry about spending money to possibly get rejected in the lottery. The hospital will also most likely be familiar with what they need to offer you for H-1B purposes. Also, the attorney will most likely advise whether or not filing an H-1B is possible in your case and advise the employer.
