Currently I am on H1b visa and I plan on changing my end client and location as I have received a new job offer. My employer that holds my H1B would stay the same. My question is that the new client does not provide a client letter for employee - employer relation so would this be a deal breaker if I file for H1B amendment for this new project?

A Client Letter is not required as long as your employer can submit the Master Agreement or other document showing the relationship between your employer and the end-client. It is even better if the Master Agreement has language about the contractors not being employees of the end-client.Originally posted by randhawa310 View PostComment
