I had 90 days to search my job in OPT. I could not find any job where it was relevant to degree as well as had ability to apply H1B. I gave up and joined consultancy. My employer said you have less time to file in April and submitted some client of aerospace under title computer system analyst (je..k).. then he charged me for letter and application and submitted my H1B petition. During OPT, I received my new job which was perfect for my profile.Although he submitted my new work as amendment for first RFE ( how dumb) and i got H1 denial. My client is very good and still want me on project. Now I have to go to the school to keep status alive. I can reinstate I-20/ Initiate new I -20 with new school or exit and enter.Following are my questions: 1) My visa is from old school and I20 will come from new school 1) what are the chances of exit and entry success? what is the best way to do this? Since my visa and I20 would not match ? what is best way to exit ?Mexico or Canada? My school starts from Jan 8th. 2) I am also thinking to do MTR but what is success rate in MTR process? 3) Can I apply for H1B during reinstatement? 4) I can go on H4-EAD, ut if I chose to go for my own green card in future can I do so? 5) Anybody knows how to go peace bridge and get paperwork done? Please help...
