Hi My scenario
This is my first H1b and it is cap exempt employer. If I get fired from this company I have two other companies ready to sponsor me from Day 1. How many days does other company has for H1b application (Advanced processing).
Company 1 is also cap exempt and company 2 is not cap exempt. How should I apply for h1b transfer in either of these cases.
My other question will be:
This 15 day period of h1b transfer (I am assuming time for h1b transfer) will I be considered out of status (Although I will have offer letter date from Day 1 from other company)?
This 15 day period will it come to haunt me my future immigration applications, like green card application?
