Hi All,
I had my H1B interview on November 10, 2015 at Toronto Consulate. VO asked me some questions related my petitioner and I answered them appropriately.
1. How long have you been working Toronto, Canada ?
2. How did you find this job ?
3. What is your role and responsibilities?
4. Briefly describe about your project ?
5. How many employees working in the company of petitioner?
6. Did you have an interview with them ? and How ?
After above questions she issued me 221g green slip with nothing checked on it. There is only my name, batch # and date written on it so I do not have any idea what they really want from me or my petitioner. She told me that Its going to take at least 2 weeks. She only took my DS-160 and returned everything else. I've searched online about such cases and found out there are not many people who got 221g green slip recently. Is there anybody who is in a similar situation like me ?
My Questions are:
1) How do I find out what document(s) they need ?
2) How serious 221g Green Slip is ?
3) How long it usually take to resolve such issues ?
Any clue/comments will be greatly appreciated.
