Change in Consulate for first time H1B Stamping

Hi All,

I've my H1B approved this year and received my H1B approval notice after 26 days from USCIS since the time it was updated online.
I had scheduled my Visa Appointment in Toronto, Canada Consulate but in approval notice USCIS has mentioned Ottawa consulate.
My questions are:

1) Can I still attend my appointment in Toronto Consulate ?
2) Do I or my employer need to inform about changes consulate to USCIS ?
2) Will that make any negative impression on Visa officer ?
3) Does that require any changes in DS-160 which I filled for Toronto Consulate ?
