H1 change of employer

Hi friends,
I got an offer from a good company and want to transfer from my present employer. My H1B is selected this year and my new employer filed for the transfer. I don't have any project after Oct 1st. Will I be out of status between oct 1st and the transfer time. What should I do. Please do help.

If the transfer is pending, you should remain in status. You should speak with your attorney regarding this.
