H1-B Education Evaluation RFE

Hi,

I have a masters degree in engineering management and did my bachelors in mechanical engineering. I am working in IT for two years as a full-time employee to an employer.They applied my h1-b this year , got RFE on my h1-b application asking to prove that my education is related to the required field to qualify for the job.

What will be the best way to answer this RFE?

Help me if you have any suggestions.

you said u did engineering management while applying what did your employer gave the designation. what subjects you covered during Masters .your curculam should match with the area that you are working on .your company attorney can answer this question based on your curculam.its not a big deal but they will approve your h1 if you answer the rfe properly with strong evidence'

You can show your course work from Masters that directly matches with your job duties that you are carrying out now. For Eg: If you took a "Java" class at university and you use Java at your work place.

Try to relate your education to your work... This not big issues and your lawyer will crack it... Good LUCK...

My company us trying to file new h1b with new title with my current employer? What is the chance to get approved?
