Hi Guys, My application got picked in the lottery on April 13, since then i checked every single day online for my status. It still says "Case Was Received". I have applied in regular, and my employer don't want to premium process it, as this was an application sent on in-house project. I still didn't receive any RFE or rejection for my case. Does anyone has any idea whats going on at the Vermont center, is there anyone in similar situation. My employer was telling me that, he did see some students who got their H1B approval in the month of December last year. Is that true.? My OPT extension will expire in December 2015, should i think about taking admission to keep my status alive. Any comments/suggestions ?

Im in similar suitation. But I got an RFE and I sent required documents. The case status didnt change from past 70 days. I hope our case decision is taken before Oct 1st atleast!Comment

My colleague was facing the same issue till last week when his petition was approved. There is no rule or something on what basis it will be processed. Wait for a week and u can upgrade it to premium if u wantComment
