URGENT!! NEED HELP!! H1-B Regular processing RFE: 60 days completed. No response

hey,

I applied for H1-B in regular processing and I got an RFE. "Response received for the RFE" is the status in USCIS website from the past 60 days.

What is the normal processing time of RFE for regular processing?
Can I change my application to premium processing now?

I am really tensed about this. Please help!!!

Uscis will sent you a Doc which will have all the questions and documents that need to be submitted .that doc will have the deadline to submit .

Your petetion has something missing.... Yes your employer can change it to premium will be an extra cost.

2. Yes, you can ask your attorney to make it premium processing and you will receive a decision from USCIS within 15 days.
