After H1B Approval-F1 to H1B

Hi everybody,

My OPT ended recently and I applied to H1B (Approved) and I-20 Cap-Gap (Received) in a timely manner. I am currently in United States. Do I need anything to activate my H1B and I-20 Cap-Gap. Do I need to get out of the country and apply for the visa stamp, although I am in US? Do I need to file change of status? I have my new Cap-Gap I-20 and H1B I-797 (Approved) with H1B I-94. Do I need to do anything else? or these three documents are what I need. I guess my change of status from OPT to Cap-Gap OPT and from Cap-Gap OPT to H1B will be completely automatic, right?

after oct first it will be done automatically.if you go to home country then u need to go for stamping oe else you are good here

Your status will automatically change from F1 to H1B beggining Oct 1st 2015. No action needed from your side.

Your status will automatically change to H-1B on October 1. There is nothing more you need to do.
