H1B Denied after RFE

Currently I am on my OPT extension,I applied for H1B this year and i had got an RFE asking for client letter and after submitting the client letter, today my status says H1B denied.

So can you please let me know what options do I have now??
Can i ask the USCIS to review my application again?? is that possible??

If a h1 is denied you have to file a motion to repoen your case... Talk to a good attorney who can help... It might take longer to maintain your status go on f1... You will get through this... Good luck

Your options are going to depend on your current situation, are you on OPT at the moment? If not when did it end? As for USCIS looking at your case again, they might, but maintain legal statusin the US while they do is tricky, you wll likely need to enroll into another school. I am an International Admissions Officer at Sullivan University, I would be glad to discuss your options, just message me if you would like. And, of course, if Sullivan would not be a good fit for you I still would be happy to talk to you or anyone about problems and questions they have.

You cannot ask USCIS to review the application – only the employer can. They must choose whether or not they want to file a Motion to Reopen. It’s expensive in terms of filing fees and attorney fees. If your STEM OPT extension has not expired, you can work until it expires. The only other option for you to remain in the US is to enroll in another degree program. If your OPT doesn’t expire until next year, you can see if you can apply for H-1B again next year.
