Marketing Certification in US - Extension course

I’m an international student with an MBA from UK and currently have 5 yrs of experience in the field of Market Research, Business Development and Digital Marketing. I’m thinking of taking up Marketing certification from US this year, Could I please know me if my profile would hold any value in US with an MBA from UK and Certification from US.
How is the course valued by the companies in the US
Would the certification help a foreign grad to find a job in US?
I’m also thinking of taking SAP training in India before moving to US. Could I know how companies would value SAP certification in US.
