I received an RFE and i sent all required documents. It has been almost a month and i didnt get any decision in my case. the status just says all documents for RFE received. Is anyone facing the same issue? what should I do?

In regular category USCIS will have to respond back to the RFE in 60 days. Due to the h4 EAD the things are getting delayed, that's why i upgraded it to PPComment

There is no need to worry just yet, these things take time. When it comes to the US government take the time you think it should take and triple it. RFE's are complicated and a ton of students get them, there has also been a few backups with visa issues and H1 was huge this year. Keep this in mind though while you might be able to stay in country while the RFE is being decided if you are on OPT you will need to be careful of the original OPT end date if you are perhaps looking at continuing in school to maintain status, if you are rejected for H1 and you are out of the 60 grace period off OPT you will have to leave the country, if you would like to discuss this issue more please message me, I work at Sullivan University and I love helping out international students.Comment
