I got my H1b picked and my employer applied h1 in with premium processor. It ended up with RFE. Now my employer saying that in order to apply RFE(in premium process again) it costs again. Is it really true?

No, this is not true. Once it’s in Premium Processing, it stays with Premium Processing. The only additional fees that would need to be paid for an RFE are fees for the attorney (legal fees), which is normal, but they are supposed to be paid by the employer, not the Beneficiary.Originally posted by rakinstance View PostComment

The attorney might charge your employer but USCIS wont charge any.Comment

Yes employer is correct but you need not pay as its a employer petition.... There is not fee that USCIS will charge but the lawyer will charge for the response. Please make sure you submit all the Docs and take adequate time to respond to the query... Good LuckComment
