H1-B RFE: Confirm OPT Status

Hey,

My H1-B got picked in the lottery and I got an RFE last week asking me to prove that I was on OPT. My OPT is going to expired on June 16,2015 and I'm currently on STEM Extension.
I have my new STEM OPT EAD card and all paystubs. I sent all the documents requested by my lawyer.

Did anyone else face this issue? Will RFEs be cleared if required documents are submitted?

If u have applied stem extension submit the i797 receipt u received showing your case is pending on top of that any additional documents your attorney would be able to support

wait did you get this RFE when you applied for extension or H1B ? Paystubs and Emplyoment history like offer letter would be enough
