Hello All,
I am working as a full-time employee with a Government contracting company (A). The company A's 5-year contract is going to end on September 30, 2015. My H1 was filed by company A and has been picked in the lottery. Now I received an rfe from USCIS, asking for client letter (time line) and pay stubs. I will be hired by the new company(B) that is going to win the contract for next 5-years. So, my concerns are
1. Can I apply for a transfer or send out the new company's (B) information to USCIS as an evidence.
2. How is USCIS's decision will be affected with the whole confusion.
3. what is the best option for me at this time.
Please post your inputs. Appreciate your help.
Thanks
