Hello am currently on F-1 visa am studying in ESL program and my school wants to apply for H-1

My question is I came to United States in January this year but did not attended the university but instead i joined a ESL school. I got On campus Job in ESL school and school is reeady to apply for H-1. what is the best possible solution for this problem.
