H1B picked with RFE and STEM OPT Extension.

Hello all,
I am Masters Student Currently working for Employer A,
My current employer filed H1B and it got picked with RFE, The RFE is on the Company Employer Details.
Now my job was laid off due to budget issues and was unemployed.
I started applying full times and about to receive an offer.
My OPT ends on August 20 and I applied for the Stem Extension.
Now what are my possibilities of accepting the new full time offer?
Can I change the Employer on OPT and then transfer the H1B if it is approved?
Or do I need to stay with the Current Employer Until OCT ?
Since H1 these days is not so easy , I am confused , Moreover My employer is not so helpful and responsible with any of the stuff,
Please suggest the right option.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Be careful your employer can revole the h1
As you mentioned h1 are very difficult but u can find projects may be in a month or 2

Have patience stay with him till oct Nd then change employer i know its frustrating but have patience you will get your day

You can change employers while on OPT. If your new employer is E-verified, there should be no problem with the STEM extension either. The H-1B transfer can only be filed after October 1 (if your H-1B is ultimately approved).
