Request to share experience of getting into non-profit jobs_H1b not picked

Hi All,

My H1b is not picked for this year and I am now applying for cap exempt employers. I would appreciate if anyone of you who are currently working with such employers share their experiences i.e. strategies they used to crack it as I have heard that it is very competitive to get through. Also I would really like the opportunity to network with them to discuss in detail.
