Got Job offer after H1B deadline- Any Alternative?

I have opt till Feb 2014, but I got my job after the deadline of H1b application deadline on April 20. Is there any alternative to apply H1b on 2014 April. My company are willing to sponsor me.

you can apply for the H1b next year if you have a offer and you company can file for your H1b
