H1-B Premium process picked but process pending

Hi all,

My H1-b has been picked in the lottery on April 20th, i'd applied in premium processing. But the selection process is still in pending. I 'd seen in many websites that May 11th is the last date for selection process for premium processing. Is there any way to find out the delay reason?
