H1B Premium Processing

Hi there,
My employer tells me they have applied for my h1b under premium processing. But, they have not yet received the case # ( for premium processing, case number has to be received as confirmed by my attorneys - whether it gets selected or not).

Is there anybody in the same boat as mine? Also, what's the probability that someone may get an approval for premium processing now? If no, why do you think so?
