h-1b transfer

Hi all,
If I apply for h-1b visa from 2 companies, and if only 1 gets selected, can i transfer that to another company immediately after it gets approved?

USCIS has not been accepting transfers of new H-1B’s before October 1. You should speak with an attorney.

Try not applying from 2 companies, its a set back for many others who might have just one chance in the lottery. What if both are picked?

Desi OPT why are you helping people who are doing frauds by applying two H1Bs it is practically not possible to be working for two companies. Many deserving candidates don't get picked because of such people. Don't know why USCIS doesnt dismiss such candidates.

People who apply from multiple companies have no regard for others! What if you apply for one or more and both are picked, you then have have killed chance for at least one individual who could have gotten picked. Anyway yes you can withdraw one application, attorney will know the process!

This is fraud. I feel for the candidates who are not picked because of people applying two H-1B.
