I'm working for an employer and I have my H1 picked for this fiscal year but unfortunately my client ended my contract. If I get RFE can they(i.e attorney) submit different client letter(or client-vendor contract) to USCIS. Will that answers RFE or what are my options ?

really difficult situation..if you receive RFE, may be the lawyers can explain with a letter and proof for contract termination....meanwhile try to find a new client and have all documents ready....... All I can say is hope for the best that you dont get RFE.... All the best...Comment

The ending of the contract means the LCA is no longer accurate. If there is an RFE, you may have an issue as the LCA is no longer valid. You need to speak with an attorney to see if an Amendment is even possible.Originally posted by rakinstance View PostComment
