The only way you can confirm as the Beneficiary is to get the receipt number from your employer.
Oh congratulations. All you should do after your H1 gets picked is send a thank you letter and a bunch of flowers to this adress: Rahul Gandhi, s/o Sonia Gandhi, 10 Janpath, Delhi 100011.
1. Congrats! Ask your employer to send you the receipt number that USCIS has sent them.
2. Receipt number is all you need. You can check the case status on uscis website. Good luck
There will be a change in your sevis from
University. Your attorney will give you receipt number. It can also be know to your employer even if the cheque issued on your name will get deducted. Next steps to be wait for approval. If you get an RfE good to reply with care. The next steps after it would be applying for Green card and go for stamping if you are interested.
Congrats.. Talk to your DSO and see if there is request on your sevis record. Make sure that all certifications if not provided in H1b are ready if there is a RFE... Once RFE is answered and your h1b is approved you are all set.. good luck
1. Ask the receipt # and confirm the same with your university(if you are on F1).
2. It is yet to be approved, so keep track of case status, get ready to pay more taxes from oct 1st 2015 and plan for H1 stamping.
