Is there any problem for students like STEM graduates in getting H1B(20,000 quota), if they have right employer and everything stuff and all. if no. of persons applying for H1B in this year.is there any problem?

If the quota gets filled up there will be lottery and who ever wins they get H1B visa others will be denied.

well, i know that.so first 20,000 visas will filled up by first come first , correct.
after that they gonna put lottery for remaining people.is that true !!!

Here is how USCIS explains the cap: How USCIS Determines if an H-1B Petition is Subject to the FY 2014 Cap
We use the information provided in Part C of the H-1B Data Collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement (Form I-129, pages 17 through 19) to determine whether a petition is subject to the 65,000 H-1B numerical limitation (the "cap"). Some petitions are exempt from the cap under the advanced degree exemption provided to the first 20,000 petitions filed for a beneficiary who has obtained a U.S. master's degree or higher. Unless otherwise exempt from the cap, petitions filed on behalf of beneficiaries who have obtained a U.S. master's degree or higher will be counted against the regular cap once USCIS has received sufficient petitions to reach the advanced degree exemption.

Also, please note that if there is a lottery and your case is selected during the lottery- it only means that USCIS has selected your case for processing- it does NOT mean that you will get approved outright.
