H1b doubt

Firstly thanks a lot to DesiOpt and fellows who are helping to people while they needed. I have completed my masters in Fall 2013. I haven't applied for H1b in the fiscal year 2014. Now I have decided to apply. I have a query regarding h1b, I had hell lot of backlogs in my B.Tech history but in MS I could manage to get 3.25 GPA.
My question is, will my backlogs effect in any point of the process of H1b selection that cause my application to get rejected? Kindly please let me know. thanks again

Does not matter..If you got degree certificate from Btech & MS, that should suffice. H1 selection is all about lottery and proper documentation related to work and degree and not marks or grade. Don't worry!

NO issues, Get all the paper work correct to avoid RFE.... You have bigger issues than that.... Clearing the Lottery then if RFEs responding to those and then getting H1b... Good Luck

Yes, they will send you a question paper in all the subjects you failed and ask you to send the answers by mail. Damn, people can be really dumb.
