What are my next chances

Dear friends,

I really appreciate your help and also appreciate you for taking time to answer questions posted by many other students like me. My current situation is: My OPT Stem extension ends on exactly March 28th, 2016.

1. Looking at my Stem extension expiry date...will be there any chance for me to apply for H1 next year also just in case if its not chosen in the lottery this current year ?
2. What steps should I take to maintain my status next year also ?
3. Please provide me any additional information pertaining to my case.

Please help me, I will be very thankful to you for your help ..!!
