Need Help travelling to india after filing H1B

Hello-
My name is venkat & I need a help/advice please. Actually I'm on OPT EAD right now and it expires on November 2015, the thing is I am applying H1B this year. After H1B decision (accept/decline doesn't matter)I need to travel india on April ending or may 1st week and will be back on june or july. so what will be the situation if I travel? do they allow me on OPT cause it expires on NOV. If yes, then what about H1B? please advice me what to do in my situation.

This is a COS. Application from f1 to h1.i think it might be affected if you step out of USA when COS is in progress. Meaning your petition if approved would need you to get it stamped in India if you want to activate your h1.i might be wrong here ..but please consult an attorney on these lines and confirm..you shld not have issue coming back in OPT..but post oct1 if you need your h1 activated -that's where you need to get clarification on
