Is it still possible to find an Employer who can file H1B this year?

Hi Everyone,

My friend is in OPT, looking for full-time jobs but she did not find one, and it is already March 2015. Is it still possible to find any consulting company who can file H1B for her this year - maybe in internal project or so?
Please suggest.
