  • LCA Pay Issues

Hi I am on H1B since october 2014. My employer filed LCA last year with a high salary which is more than what I am actually payed by the end client. since october he is not paying me even the basic LCA amount. He ran october and november with less pay and after several calls he adjusted that difference amount and added to my decembers payroll and repeated the same mistake with my january payroll. I dont know how to correct it now. I am going for stamping to india next month. please suggest me on this I am not sure if I have to re run my payroll or change my LCA and do an amendment. please post your suggestions

Your employer MUST pay you the prevailing wage. Going for stamping in India with these types of issues is very dangerous.
