  • H1B filing with job offer

Hi friends thanks in advance for your advice and help you provide here.

I am on OPT, currently working in a consultancy at an end client. my employer is filing my H1.
I have a job offer with an other employer who is also willing to file my H1.
Can I stay at employer 1 let them file my application and let employer 2 also file with just the offer letter?

I mean is just a job offer good for applying H1 or do I need to change my employer first and then go ahead with the process?

Employer 2 is a small company with just around 25 employees. Is it safe going with companies like that ?

    please help me out .

You don’t have to be employed by an employer for them to file your H-1B. How else would US employer be filing H-1B’s for people living and working abroad?

          1. Yes
          2. Job offer is enough
          3. Shouldn't be a problem

            1. Is it an inhouse proj at employer 2? If it is a end client position then your approach wouldnt work
            3. Check myvisajobs or anyother to see the history of employer 2 H1 filing

Yes the job offer at employer 2 is inhouse. He has been filing H1 only since an year but none are denied.

I was thinking If I could stay with employer 1 and also let employer 2 file my H1 , my chances in lottery would go up too. If its not risky ..
