Name is missplet on H1B receipt, will it be an issue?
My husband applied for H1b this year (FY 2014) and got a receipt approx 2 weeks back. He just realized that his name is misspelt on the receipt. Will that hamper his chances of getting an H1 since all his documents have a name other than what is spelt? What is the procedure to correct this? Is this is an issue to be concerned about?
