  • H1B Stamping but No Client Letter.

    Hi All,
I am working for a consultancy, my end client is not giving any letter for my H1B transfer which is in RFE. My consultancy people are saying that the agreement letter between vendor and end client, will be enough to clear RFE.
In May, I am planning to go India and get Visa stamped. Since my end client is not giving any letter for my H1B Visa process,
    1. What are the chances of getting my visa stamped? (Chennai consulate)
    2. Is it ok to go for stamping without client letter?
    3. What other documents can I carry if there is no client letter.

    Thank You in advance

Have you considered getting your stamping done in Canada instead? If you have previously obtained the F-1 visa in India and obtained a U.S. degree or if you have previously had H-1B stamping done in India, you are eligible to go for stamping in Canada.

Carry letter stating that client doesn't provide letters for immigration and all secondary proofs

your consultancy people are saying right. try to get the agreement letter between vendor and end client and as much as possible client proofs like pics with your teammates in client location, badge and time sheets of client etc. that should work.
