  • Worried a lot

    Hello everyone,

I Thank you all in advance for your help and suggestions. I'm currently a full time employee with Employer A (from past 1 year). I recently got an offer from Employer B. Both the employers are willing to sponsor me H1B Visa this year. But the benefits and the job which Employer B is offering are very good. (Joining date February 23rd)
    1. Will there be any problem if I change the job and switchover to employer B ?
    2. How many pay checks from Employer B do I need to submit while filing H1 ?
    3. Are there any chances to get Queries?
    4. The joining date is February 23rd. So is it possible to make the paper work and filing perfectly?

    Please help me with this.

    Thank you.

There is absolutely nothing to worry about your scenario. You are not doing anything improper. If your OPT is valid, then why does he worry?

For the H-1B, USCIS just needs to make sure that you were maintaining status. You can submit pay stubs from both employers to show that you were maintaining status.
