[FONT=arial]I have just started my new job.My employer says they will start my H1B process.At what time they should start the process to do it safely?By any chance if they don't file my H1B can I choose any consultancy or lawyer and tell them to file my H1B? Can anyone pls. give me names of such consultancies or lawyers?[/FONT]
